Anastasia Beverly Hills Contouring Kit

Contouring has been a secret used by the celebs for many years, but now it’s becoming widely used by everyday folk like us, thanks to Kim Kardashian sharing a snap of her mid-contouring. If you want cheek bones to rival those of supermodels then you need to give this a go!

I decided to try the Anastasia Beverly  Hills Pro Series Contour Kit – £39.00 from Cult Beauty.

The kit looks beautiful in the black packaging and contains 6 shades perfect for highlighting and contouring.

There are 3 darker shades for the contouring and 3 light shades for highlighting.

The powder is soft and fine and as they come in a so many shades you can match them perfectly to your skin tone depending on how tanned you are, and even layer them if needs be.

Below is a photo collage of me each step of the contouring, and as you can see its made a big difference!

I would definitely recommend this contouring kit. Although its not cheap, you are getting 6 shades which is great value if you compare it to buying them separately. Plus you can buy refills for the kit if you use one colour more than another – however these are only available in the states as far as I can see.

My Tip: Make sure you have a wide range of good quality brushes to apply the powder on different parts of your face – you need particularly small ones for around the nose and chin area.

This YouTube Video by  Beauty Blogger MakeupByEvon will explain how to apply the powder if you are a contouring virgin.

I would love to see some of your contouring photos – tag me in them on Instagram (@devotedtopink)
