This post is a tad late, but hey, better late than never, right?
On the 20th June I was lucky enough to be invited to the launch of Anesis TV in conjunction with Blogging Gals, which was hosted by the gorgeous Zeena Xena and Damien Zannetou. It was held at the Anesis Spa in Clapham and we were treated to champagne, goody bags and the full red carpet experience.
It was great to meet some old faces like Fran – that girl just cracks me up every time I see her (be sure to check out her blog), as well as meeting some lovely new Bloggers/ Vloggers/ You Tubers (is then even a word!?) like Laura, Vicki, Mona & Chanelle, Imani & Susan. I went on my own but was never short of someone to talk to as everyone was so welcoming.
When I arrived I got out the taxi (I unfortunately missed the limos that were on offer as I was late!) and straight away I had about 4 photographers in front of me with their flashes going off taking photos of me. I wasn’t expecting it, and with being caught off guard and on my own I got nervous and suddenly lost my ability to pose – which for anyone who knows me is something I’ve perfected over the years! Oh the shame.
Imani, Susan and I got asked to do some filming which was a lot of fun. I haven’t seen the video yet but I’m dreading it as the long split in my dress made it tricky to get out of a limo graciously lets say!
The dress code was Hollywood glam, and everyone had made a real effort and looked ultra gorgeous. The Hollywood theme is definitely my style, so I loved the opportunity to get the red lippy and sparkles out! Details on my outfit:

Apart from the filming I spent the evening gas bagging as usual and meeting all the lovely Bloggers that were there. I had so much fun, then before I knew it, it was time to leave!
Thank you to Zeena for inviting me (she is just as stunning in real life by the way) and to Anesis TV for having me. There are already talks about the next one which I’m super excited about!
