MAC Dainty Mineralize blush has long been my day to day go to blusher, but I hit pan a long time ago and am now in desperate need for a new one. As I love the texture of the Mineralize blush I decided to see what other shades were in the collection on my trip to MAC on Saturday, as I always like to try out new products. On the other hand I then worry I may not like a new one as much as I love Dainty and I get myself all in a tizz about what I should do. All over a blusher yes. Palm hit face.
After about 30 minutes of swatching all the colours again and again, and the security guard giving me some strange looks, I finally opted for MAC Mineralize blush in the shade New Romance.
MAC New Romance Mineralize blush is baked minerals refined into a powder with rich pigmentation – no need to go cray cray with the brush here, otherwise you will look like Aunt Sally (if you’re under 30 Google her). At the same time it’s sheer but is easily build-able. New Romance is what I would describe as a very girly pink colour with a hint of peach, and a beautiful pearlescent sheen to it that just seems to make my cheeks glow. In love.
If you’re looking for a new blusher then I can really recommend New Romance, and if that shade isn’t for you then check out what other colours they have in the collection as you won’t be disappointed.
