What To Buy A Beauty Blogger For Christmas In Conjunction With Debenhams

Buying Christmas presents…. Probably one of the most exciting but stressful tasks we have to do all year. Luckily for me my family cheat a little… Well not a little, but a lot. We write Christmas lists and no one buys off list! This means 1. I’m going to get what I want on Christmas Day and 2. My purchasing task is pretty smooth sailing….. I sit down one evening with a glass of wine and go through everyone’s list and shop online. 4- 5 working days later they arrive and all I have to do is wrap them. Easy peasy. However, I know not all families get it this easy and you’re quite often searching online or in-store until Christmas Eve trying to find that perfect present. If you happen to be buying for a beauty blogger, or you are a beauty blogging trying to find inspo on what to tell your family you want for Christmas, then look no further…. I have put together a quick list of items that any beauty blogger would be happy to open on Christmas morning, and best of all these are all from Debenhams. Yep, all of these goodies can be purchased from Debenhams online or in-store which saves you traipsing around loads of shops.

MAC Velvet Teddy lipstick close up

Mac Lipstick – Velvet Teddy – £15.50

Thanks to Kylie Jenner Mac’s Velvet Teddy lipstick sold out for months after she posted a picture of herself wearing it on Instagram back in 2014. At the time everyone thought this was the holy grail lip product that made her lips triple in size. Since then she has admitted that her perfect pout is actually down to lip fillers rather than a lippy but that hasn’t stopped the popularity of Velvet Teddy, especially since the 90’s vibes are well and truly on point right now.

Velvet Teddy has a matte finish and is the perfect day to day pinky beige lipstick – a must have in every beauty bloggers collection.

FYI MAC Velvet Teddy pairs wonderfully with MAC Boldy Bare and Spice lip liners.

Make Up For Ever Skin Equalizer – Mattifying Primer – £13.00

Every beauty blogger knows that a good base primer is an essential step to creating a flawless finish, and if your skin is oily like mine then the Make Up For Ever Skin Equalizer needs to be added to your list this Christmas. This mattifying primer creates a matte surface to keep an oily complexion shine free and helps blur the appearance of pores, however its so potent its recommended you only use it on your oily T-zone and applied sparingly – a little goes a long way with this stuff.

Pink Dressing Gown From Debenhams – £25.00

Christmas morning wouldn’t be complete without the family sat in their PJ’s and dressing gowns opening presents and eating breakfast – or in my families case drinking bucks fizz and eating croissants… it’s a tradition! This baby pink dressing gown from Debenhams is knee length and super soft and snuggly. It feels soft, and silky to touch at the same time, and will definitely keep you warm during the winter months.

Debenhams have a huge selection of gifts and sets this Christmas perfect for any beauty addict, plus with their beauty reward card you can collect points and save £’s on future purchases!
