It’s Sunday morning and I’m sat here in my PJ’s with a coffee in hand about to get my blogging mojo on. I’m not sure why, but I started to scroll back through my old blog posts (c.2104) which I haven’t done in a long time (mainly because all the cringe) and for once I felt a huge smile on my face….. A bit of nostalgia because heck, I’ve somehow been doing this 3.5 years now, but also a sense of realising that I can’t believe how far I’ve come.
We are all too quick to judge and chastise ourselves for what we haven’t done and haven’t achieved, but we don’t ever take the time to look back and see what we have……

And looking back now makes me feel super proud, not in an egotistical way, but in a “wow! I never thought that was possible” kinda way.
My photography has improved drastically, I’ve worked with huge brands such as L’Oreal, Superdry and Boohoo to name just a few, my style has developed and as much as I doubt it daily, I think some people actually like my content….. *Smile turns to grin*
So to be sat down and start to talk to you guys about my next project it’s really quite a moment for me.
For those of you who already follow me on Instagram you may well be aware of this, but I’m super proud to let you guys know that I’m now a Regis brand ambassador!!!! (Did I just say that..?)
I’ve joined a gang of 4 beauties and together we are the Regis #HairClique – we want to introduce you to the world of Regis and we’re going to take you on this journey with us.
Regis are well known as having hair salons across the country, in fact they have over 250 salons nationwide, but what you might not know is that Regis also have an online shop selling some of the worlds most loved hair brands such as GHD, L’Oreal Professionel, Redken, TIGI and Wella all at very competitive prices.
I’ve been sent a hamper full of some of the brands you can expect to find on their website which I’m so exciting to start trying out – especially the Redken Extreme anti-snap treatment and System Professional Reconstructive Elixir as my hair is in such poor condition at the moment. I’ll be sharing my thoughts about these products on Instastories so stay tuned!
A few weeks ago I took a trip to the Regis hair salon in Epsom, to get my hair done which as you can see from these photos it was in desperate need of! I was looked after by the lovely Natasha who is a Regis Colour Expert and has been with the company over 20 years – which I think says a lot about Regis.
The full process was professional, friendly and I was left leaving with bouncy hair and a spring in my step with the confidence a new do gives you. I’m heading back to get my hair done this weekend so make sure you continue to watch my Instastories so you can catch it all.

Like I say, I’m honoured to be chosen to represent Regis and this reminds me that sometimes you do need to look back… Only to see how far you’ve come.
